Service Description
Join us for a rejuvenating journey towards improved health and well-being!
​
In this 60 minute session with limited enrollment, you will have the opportunity to strengthen the connections within your body, activating muscle groups along the spine, improving breath processes, and moving energy throughout the entire body.
​
Class will be taught by yoga therapist Nichole Cerrillo.
​
The benefits of health & wellness are realized with regular practice. Modifications are available for every part of the practice to accommodate for limited mobility, injury or other chronic conditions.
